Wading into the surf at Galveston Island, Texas on a nice sunny day. This day the sand had started to thicken up and patches could be seen here and there. Paintings like these I like to take the figure as much to the edge as possible so on these types of paintings I do recommend a floater frame.

What's your earliest child hood memories at the beach? The one that I recall was riding around in my dad's sand rail he built. From what I've learned it was one of two of the first one's built in Texas. That was fun riding around in it.
