Fresh ginger, sliced smells really good. Take a bite and your in for it. Spicy, no, hot, yes! You can definitely get teas out there with Ginger in them. I tried one that had lemon, not good. Maybe it was the brand. Really like the ginger though, smells great. Below is the setup I used as I painted. This time I propped up the still life so it wouldn't be a view more or less looking on top of it. I like it better like this and wish I did the peppermint the same. Although I don't think the peppermint would stay in one spot. The ginger was also a surprise to see the bright yellow in the middle. Really cool.
