I completed this painting in the studio today. I just made some minor changes that have an impact on this Buttercup...her colors are so warm and rich. So buttery....I thought that Buttercup was ideal for her name. Hi lights and low lights and some random splashes of turquoise and coral punch it up. For the most part I used a flat wide brush, but in the end, used a small filbert to scrub in some color and abstract lines. Contact Kay for more information and photos on Buttercup.
