A piece from my Zen Moments portfolio, In The Garden series.

I was over in Bryan, TX
for a reception of my photography solo show
at the SEAD Gallery.
Took some time to visit Lick Creek Park.
A wonderful marshy area there!

I love these paddle boats

that you can take into the lake

by the Houston Zoo.

I haven't ridden in one

for years and years.

But it is fun to watch people

try to get around in them.

And to photograph the reflections!

Been busy with projects (writing a novel)

and impacted by low energy,

so haven't gotten to my favorite

spot on the coast.

Here is one from this past spring.

It has been wet and cold here in Houston.

Now I know our temps are not like

the rest of the States, but for us

it is colder than normal temps

I have the fireplace going to night

and am bundled up!

Looking forward to the weekend when

the weather is supposed to be dry

and warmer!

I have been down with a bad cold the past couple of weeks,

so haven't posted much.

Here is another abstract favorite with darker colors.

Here is one that is completely

in the realm of abstracts.

More from my fall trip to my land of abstracts!

More "recognizable" boat abstractions.
Piece of the boat thrown in for reference.
